Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using the Car Care application, published by Mobi-Games (“we”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use Car Care on Android devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Free version and Pro version
Car Care is free to download. The free version may contain advertising. A single in-app purchase unlocks the Pro version (unlimited vehicles, ad removal, data export and backup). Prices are shown and localised by Google Play according to your country. Purchases are final, subject to Google Play’s refund policy.
Reminders and tracking: an aid, not a guarantee
The reminders, due dates and calculations provided by the app are management aids. They do not replace your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations or the advice of a professional. You remain solely responsible for the actual maintenance, safety and compliance of your vehicles.
Your data and your backups
Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for making your own backups. We cannot recover data lost following an uninstall, a failure or a reset of your device.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, its logos and its original content are the property of Mobi-Games and are protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these terms transfers to you any ownership right in the app.
Prohibited use
You agree not to decompile, disassemble or modify the app, not to circumvent its technical limitations, and not to use it in any way that is unlawful.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mobi-Games shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any of its features, at any time.
Google Play
Use of the app is also subject to Google Play’s terms. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
